Associate / Senior Designer

You'll lead the design of inspiring workplaces that fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth, while mentoring the next generation of designers and driving the creative excellence that defines Unispace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead with vision - Take ownership of diverse, high-profile design projects, guiding them from concept through to completion.

- Collaborate deeply - Work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary Unispace teams to deliver spaces that exceed expectations.
n
- Inspire creativity - Mentor and support junior designers, helping them refine their craft and push creative boundaries.
n
- Design boldly - Transform workplaces into beautiful, functional environments that elevate how people work and connect.
n
- Be the bridge - Partner with Business Development and Construction teams to communicate Unispace's integrated design approach.
n
- Deliver excellence - Manage design documentation, presentations,



and coordination with precision and attention to detail.
n
- Champion culture - Promote equality, inclusivity, and collaboration across project teams.

About You:

n

n
- 8+ years' experience as an Interior Designer delivering impactful projects within Corporate or Commercial sectors
n
- Proven ability to create strategic, inspiring design solutions
n
- Strong technical capability in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel
n
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and client-facing skills
n
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
n
- A cooperative mindset and passion for shaping creative design environments
n
