About the role
Based in Wattle Grove, WA we are seeking a full time experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly team in this busy and varied role in our Finance Department.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, in office.
The Role
Debt collecting - efficiently following up with clients telephonically,



recording client communications.Assessing client queries in AR inbox.Payment allocation queries to be attended to and resolved.Updating client email addresses when bounce back emails are received from EzyCollect.Maintaining and building strong client relationships & attending to queries promptly in a professional manner.Managing Trade Applications and vendor formsManaging Client accounts and taking off stop credit after payment has been receivedPortal Invoice uploading and managementProcess bankingAssist Assistant Accountant and other senior finance personnel as required with Ad hoc related tasks as required
About You
Excellent verbal and written skills is essentialStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational & time management skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently & as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage large volumes of transactionsPositive "can do" attitude
Qualifications & Experience
5 years' experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of basic account principles & accounts receivable processesIntermediate in MS Excel and Business Central Dynamics or other ERP System
