We're looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager to take responsibility for our New Vehicle Sales operation, leading a team of three Sales Consultants and targeting a consistent * deliveries per month.
Automotive Sales Manager experience is essential.
Ford experience will be highly regarded.
This opportunity will particularly suit a solid performer who may currently be working within a larger Brisbane dealer group and is ready for greater autonomy, influence and the prospect to genuinely shape a dealership.

finance penetration, aftermarket, stock turn, lead conversion and CSI.
