Provide outstanding grooming services
Support the Senior Groomer in completing daily grooming tasks
Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming
Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions




Assist with the coordination of customer bookings in the grooming salon
Ensure the appropriate handling and secure transfer of animals within the store
Work with the team to achieve and exceed set sales goals
Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team

Confident being around animals as you will be exposed to dogs with lots of different personalities
Motivated to take that next step in your career and willing to work hard to become the best Groomer you can be
A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential - as long as you bring a positive attitude and a solid willingness to learn!
Experience in a similar setting
Our dog customers come in all shapes, sizes and weight, so you will need to be physically fit and have a good understanding of dog behaviours to ensure all interactions are secure for you and your customers
