VACCA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Deadly Steps Forward program in Preston, VIC. The role delivers trauma-informed, holistic bail support for Aboriginal youth aged 12-25, with intensive case management to build self-determined plans and improve justice outcomes.

The position requires empathy, cultural awareness, and solid communication with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and families. Ability to engage respectfully with Aboriginal communities is essential.
