Job Description
Tradewind Australia is recruiting an experienced Outreach Case Manager to join a specialist Family Violence service supporting Aboriginal women and their children across Melbourne's Western Region. In this Aboriginal Identified role you will deliver specialist family violence and housing case management, support and advocacy, while working in a culturally protected, community-focused workplace.

Permanent, full time position based in Melton offers SCHADS Level 4.1 – $104,120 inclusive of salary
