Pegasus Leisure Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead teams across South East Melbourne venues. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to support operations, compliance, gaming, customer service and overall performance.
You'll drive team coaching, rostering and training, while maintaining high service standards and presenting venues professionally. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a quick‐paced hospitality setting.
