Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is recruiting for a Smile Squad Claims and Client Care Officer to provide administrative and client support for the Smile Squad program. You will help deliver free dental care services to Victorian students, ensuring accurate records and timely claims processing.
You will liaise with parents, clinicians, and Medicare while coordinating referrals and registrations, using Titanium and MS Office tools to maintain data integrity and deliver excellent service.
