Wellways is seeking a program worker in Burnie, TAS, on a fixed-term, part time basis (0.8 FTE) until December 2026. You will help participants develop recovery plans and deliver recovery-oriented support for individuals facing mental health challenges, while managing your own caseload from day one.

The role requires hands-on experience in mental health, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.
