Job Description
We're partnering with a well-established commercial fitout/refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. Due to a healthy pipeline, they're looking to add a Project Coordinator who can support Project Managers and Site Teams to keep programs, procurement, and documentation running smoothly.

The Role
n
Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll help coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams - subcontractor engagement, RFIs, procurement, cost tracking, and project admin - while building your capability toward a full Project Manager pathway.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Support PMs with program tracking, procurement and subcontractor onboarding
n
Assist with RFIs, variations, document controland project reporting
n
Coordinate site/start-up requirements(inductions, SWMS, permits, lead times)
n
Track budgets, commitments, invoicesand basic cost reporting
n
Liaise with consultants, suppliers,



and internal teams to keep deliverables on time
n
Maintain solid governance around quality and safety documentation
n

About You
n
n
Experience as a Project Coordinator / Contracts Admin / Project Engineer/ Assistant PM(construction or fitout)
n
Exposure to commercial fitout/refurbprojects (ideal), or a robust build background with transferable skills
n
Confident communicator who can coordinate stakeholders and keep momentum
n
Solid documentation and systems discipline
n
Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to progress your career
