Location: Fortescue's Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.
Roster: 8D/6R - FIFO ex Perth
To support our growing Condition Monitoring Team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to assist with completing routine condition monitoring inspections of all critical fixed plant equipment at the recent Iron Bridge JV.
Key Responsibilities
Complete vibration analysis, NDT, thermographic and other condition monitoring related inspections of onsite equipment
Analyse, generate reports and highlight corrective actions for relevant stakeholders to reduce unplanned equipment downtime
Assisting with route cause analysis and other investigative processes at the request of maintenance, production or engineering groups
Maintenance of role specific databases including MHM, ALS Webretrieve and PDS
Installation and maintenance of remote vibration monitoring systems
Qualifications And Experience
Mechanical / Electrical trade or Tertiary Qualification in relevant discipline
Vibration CAT II or III certification
Ultrasonic Thickness Inspection UT Level I certification
Machinery Lubricant Analyst MLA II certification
Thermography Level I certification
C class driver's licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
