About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position will be accountable for the safe and reliable day to day operational management of the QuilpieDepot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily operational management & supervision of depot staffincluding recruitment, training, and performance management
- Responsible for administrationand reconciliationof stock




- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM
- Handling customer enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner

The successful applicant will require:

- Previous experience in heavy vehicle &/or fuel industry an advantage
- Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility legislation
- Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with proven record of building & maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident decision-maker with ability to work autonomously & lead a team within a diverse logistics operation
- Well-developed organisational, problem solving and time management skills
