The Opportunity

Sante Recruitment is partnering with a leading regional health service to appoint a Registrar in General Surgery Registrar for a 6-month full-time contract commencing 3 August 2026.

This role offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to older patients while developing your skills in geriatric assessment, management, and discharge planning.

You will play an active role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes, with a strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care.

About The Role

As a Registrar in General Surgery Registrar, you will:

- Provide medical assessment and management of geriatric patients
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
n
- Contribute to comprehensive geriatric assessment and care planning

- Support protected and effective discharge planning
n
- Participate in ongoing clinical review and patient management
n

This role offers excellent exposure to complex geriatric presentations and coordinated care models.
