Piccolo by Amici, a current Italian-inspired coffee and street-food concept, is seeking a full time Head Barista in Canberra. You will own the coffee program, dial in espresso throughout busy days, and lead a team while delivering ST. ALi coffee and a focused menu. Prior high-volume café experience and solid latte art are essential.
