Mytra is seeking a hands-on Bot Production Lead to manage and build bots on the recent Bot Production team. You will lead daily on the floor, ensure quality, adhere to SOPs, and ramp a recent team while coordinating with engineering, planning, and QA to keep customer commitments on schedule.
You'll work closely with the manager to plan the day, train technicians, and grow into broader production planning as the team scales.
