Sitemate is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead based in Sydney or Melbourne to own technical quality, architectural direction and engineering standards within a product team. This is an ownership role where you guide how the codebase improves over time and how engineers build the right solutions.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and the Product Design Manager, contribute code, ship features, and lead by example.
