I'm currently partnering with a national law firm looking to appoint a Special Counsel into its growing Wills & Estates team in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice with a solid reputation for complex private client work, acting for high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and executors across a broad range of estate planning and estate administration matters.

The Role
n
You'll work across a mix of sophisticated wills and estates matters, including:
n

Estate planning and succession strategies.
n
Complex estate administration and probate.
n
Testamentary trusts and asset protection.
n
Family provision and estate litigation matters.
n
Advising high-net-worth clients, family groups and private businesses.
n




You'll also play a key role mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

About You
n
n
Admitted in Australia with 8+ years' PQE in Wills & Estates.
n
Solid experience managing complex private client matters.
n
Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships.
n
Interested in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
n
n
