We're recruiting for a fixed-term contract from October through to January , supporting a busy payroll function while a key team member is on leave.
This role is fully remote , making it a great opportunity for an experienced payroll qualified looking for flexibility.
About the Role Working closely with the Payroll Team and Total Rewards function, you'll be responsible for managing the fortnightly payroll process for approximately 150 employees .
The role has a solid focus on payroll processing, reporting and ensuring payroll deadlines are met accurately.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll Managing payroll changes including new starters, superannuation updates and employee status changes Payroll reporting and reconciliation Processing occasional bank transfers Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date Supporting payroll compliance and record keeping About You:



Previous payroll experience and the ability to manage payroll with minimal supervision Experience using SAP Payroll is highly desirable Robust attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience with reporting and payroll administration Additional Information: Contract duration: October to January Fully remote working arrangement Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility Payroll preparation is generally completed by Wednesday, with Thursday being the critical payroll processing day Salary equivalent of approximately $95,700 + Super (Level 4) At Beaumont People, we believe that a diverse workplace is a thriving workplace, and we are proud to partner with organisations that share this commitment.
