Your Role Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a highly capable People, Culture Safety team, you will drive the people strategy, strengthen organisational capability and foster a safe, engaged and high-performing workforce.
Key focus areas include: Leading people, culture and safety strategy aligned to business growth Partnering with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor and coach Building leadership capability, workforce planning and succession strategies Driving culture, engagement and organisational change initiatives Using people insights and data to inform decisions and continuous improvement Ensuring best-practice employee relations, compliance and workplace safety outcomes About You You are an experienced and commercially astute People Culture leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
