About the Role

n

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.

n

n
- Maintaining high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms.
n
- Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated.
n
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
n
- Adhering to safety procedures and company standards.
n
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided.
n
- Building positive working relationships with team members, guests and contractors.
n
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest areas are presented to the highest standard.

Shift Details

n

n
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
n
- Shifts commencing between 8:00am and 9:00am
n
- Weekend and public holiday availability will be highly regarded
n

n

Successful candidates will have:

n

n
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded, but not essential.
n




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
n
- Robust time management and organisational skills.
n
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
n
- Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach.
n
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical handling is advantageous, with training provided.
n
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
