We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration and continuous improvement across a complex enterprise Salesforce workplace.
n
This role is ideal for a Salesforce skilled who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting critical business applications and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud and Digital Experience, while contributing to the stability, performance and ongoing improvement of services that make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide administration, configuration and technical support for Salesforce applications including Service Cloud and Digital Experience.
n
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 2 incidents and service requests.
n
Analyse system logs,



diagnose platform issues and identify root causes.
n
Manage Salesforce users, licences and security controls including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and access management.
n
Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality and declarative automation, including Salesforce Flows.
n
Translate complex business processes and requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
n
Perform data analysis, data loading, reporting and investigation of data-related issues.
n
Assess Salesforce releases and platform updates, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for improvement.
n
Support user acceptance testing and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders.
n
Develop and maintain technical, configuration and support documentation.
n
Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Provide mentoring, technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.
n
Support emerging technologies, including Salesforce Industries OmniStudio.
