NORMA Pacific is seeking a hands-on Warehouse 2IC to support the Warehouse Supervisor in day-to-day operations on the floor. You will lead by example, coach crew, and drive safety, accuracy and service levels across receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
