Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience With Autism Behaviours of concern Transporting participants Personal care Down Syndrome Medication administration What You'll Bring Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support Confidence in the support you provide Professionalism, reliability and initiative A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments Solid availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and active/non-active overnight shifts A valid driver's licence and car
