The Andersen Partnership has been exclusively instructed by a highly regarded boutique specialist law firm with more than 20 years' experience in strata disputes and complex litigation.

The firm is looking to appoint a 1–4 year PQE Litigation Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with existing strata litigation experience, or a strong general litigation/dispute resolution background who is looking to develop a genuine specialisation in strata law.

The Opportunity
n
You will join a highly experienced and close-knit team working on a diverse range of complex and high-quality disputes, predominantly involving strata matters in NCAT and the Supreme Court of NSW.
n
The team is busy and at capacity with workflow, creating an immediate opportunity for an additional lawyer to join the practice.

About You
n
We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:
n
n
1–4 years PQE in litigation, dispute resolution or a related practice area
n
Strata litigation experience, or a genuine interest in specialising in strata
n
Experience managing matters with increasing levels of autonomy
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
A genuine willingness to learn and develop
n
n




Strata experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong general litigation or dispute resolution experience will be considered for the right lawyer who is keen to develop a specialist practice in strata.
