Lead a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project as a Superintendent. FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, with an exciting late September start.

KMH Workforce are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation commencing in late September/early October 2026.
n This is a key site leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, site personnel and project delivery.
n About the Role

n

n
- Lead and supervise civil bulk earthworks operations on site
n
- Oversee site crews, supervisors, plant and subcontractors
n
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to project specifications
n
- Monitor daily production, progress and resource requirements
n
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and engineering team
n
- Ensure project schedules and production targets are achieved
n
- Identify and resolve construction and site issues
n
- Maintain a strong focus on safety,



quality and environmental requirements
n
- Provide leadership and direction to the site team
n

About You

n

n
- Schedule 26 Supervisor Course & DMIRS Exam completed
n
- Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent or Senior Supervisor
n
- Robust background in bulk earthworks and civil construction
n
- Previous mining/FIFO experience highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations
n
- Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple work fronts
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Australian working rights
