Head of Finance
, based in Australia. Responsible for driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic planning across the ANZ business.
Key Responsibilities
Own ANZ
P&L;, revenue, gross margin and cost performance
.
Partner with leadership to drive
commercial decisions and growth
.
Lead
AOP, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
.
Provide insights and challenge assumptions to improve profitability.
Develop KPIs and enhance financial visibility and reporting.
Lead and develop the team.
Oversee
SOX, internal controls and audit
requirements.
Drive Finance process and system improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Finance,



Accounting, Business or related field;
CPA qualified preferred
.
10+ years' Finance experience
.
Solid
P&L;, FP&A; and commercial business partnering
experience.
Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience preferred.
Solid commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience with
SAP S/4HANA, OneStream
or similar reporting tools.
Solid SOX, internal controls and leadership experience.
