Fetch Recruitment are seeking experiencedHSEQ Advisorsto join our client on multiple Energy / Infrastructure projects throughoutAdelaideand travel toCanberrawhere required. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and implement HSEQ policies and procedures across multiple Civil infrastructure and energy projects.
n
- Projects based in the Northern Adelaide suburbs, as well as interstate travel to Canberra.
n
- Canberra – You will be expected to fly over around 2 times per month, spending at least 3-4 days per time (All expenses covered)
n
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
n
- Provide guidance and training to staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
n
- Investigate and report incidents,



ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future practices.
n
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company and legislative requirements.
n

Qualifications, Experience and Must Haves

n

n
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, must have experience working within the civil infrastructure space (2 years minimum)
n
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Setting, or a related field. (Certificate 4 in OHS minimum)
n
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HSEQ standards and legislation.
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drugs, alcohol and fitness test.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
