The HPLSWomen'sServiceis a gendered service that provides specialistassistance to women, trans and gender diverse people who are atrisk of being evicted, homeless, and/or facing other barriers to accessing and maintaining secure and stable housing.

n

Reporting to the Managing Solicitor,



theLegal and Client Support Officerprovides paralegal and administrative support for thesolicitors working in theHPLS Women's Service as well as directly supporting clients. Additionally, you will:

n

- manage and process client files including drafting outcome letters.
n
- liaise and correspond with courts, tribunals, police, governmentagenciesand other externalorganisations.
n
- provide trauma-informed,accessibleand responsive intake services.
n

n

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a legal practice orrelevantprofessional service environment. You will also have:

n

n
- experience in the delivery of administrative support services including word processing and data entry skills.
n
- demonstrated ability to keepaccuraterecords andmaintainclient confidentiality.
n
- excellent interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and externalstakeholders.
n
