UnitingCare Queensland's FaDS team is seeking a Qualified Foster Care Practitioner to deliver trauma-informed assessment, intervention and case coordination for foster families and children with complex needs.
The role is based in Chermside with travel across the region and permanent full time terms.
You will recruit and train Qualified Foster Carers, assess placement referrals, and provide ongoing care coordination to promote safety, wellbeing and placement stability.
