Job Description
Regional Services Manager – West Moreton
n
Lead and grow established community programs supporting older people across West Moreton
n
$150,000 + 12% superannuation + salary packaging + fully maintained motor vehicle for business and personal use
n
Based at our Ipswich Multi Service Centre
n
Following the promotion of our existing Regional Services Manager, Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking an experienced community-services leader to manage and grow our Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services across the West Moreton region.
n
Reporting to the State Manager – Queensland & New South Wales, you will be accountable for service delivery, client engagement, financial and workforce performance, quality, community engagement and sustainable growth.
n
With increasing demand and the extension of CHSP, this is an opportunity to build on an established service and guide its next stage of development.
n
What you will do
n
n
- Lead the day-to-day operation of CHSP community programs across West Moreton.
n
- Ensure clients have access to meaningful, personalised activities based on their interests, abilities and enjoyment.
n
- Lead and support care teams to deliver responsive, high-quality services.
n
- Oversee budgets, funded outputs, service utilisation and operational performance.
n
- Grow client participation and ensure available funding is used effectively.
n
- Strengthen referral pathways and build trusted community and government relationships.
n
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements, quality standards and reporting requirements.
n
- Monitor client outcomes, feedback, complaints and incidents.
n
- Improve systems, service efficiency and consistency.
n
- Work closely with Finance, People & Culture and Clinical Governance.
n
- Contribute to broader regional and organisational priorities
n

What you will bring
n
n
- Significant leadership experience in community aged care, health, disability or another funded community service.
n
- Experience managing government-funded programs, preferably CHSP.
n
- Demonstrated responsibility for budgets, workforce performance and service outcomes.
n
- A proven ability to grow services and increase client participation.
n
- Experience leading and developing care teams.
n
- Strong governance, quality, compliance and risk-management capability.
n
- Commercial judgement and confidence using performance data to guide decisions.
n
- A visible, practical and accountable leadership style.
n
- Solid community engagement and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- A current driver's licence, unrestricted working rights and the ability to travel throughout the region
n
