Customer Support & Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a full time Customer Support & Warehouse Operations Manager role at EZYPole, a dynamic manufacturing company located in Dandenong South, VIC. In this position, you will take ownership of the smooth day-to-day operations and efficient management of the company's warehouse and logistics functions, while also supporting our customers. Reporting directly to the EZYPole Director and working closely with Sales, Design, Production, Installations and Customer Support, you'll ensure work flows efficiently throughout the business, and lead a team of 2-4 warehouse and install assistants.

Key responsibilities

n

50% on the warehouse floor, 50% in the office on logistics

n

Owning the customer service experience via phone and email

n

Assigning the storing and dispatch of goods and materials

n

Preparing logistics quotes, and overseeing packing and dispatch accuracy and timeliness

n

Maintaining proper inventory levels and updating stock records

n

Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

n

Leading daily warehouse tasks such as housekeeping and general administration

n





Supporting the Sales Team with logistics quotes and order processing

n

Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse processes and procedures

n

Leading and developing a team of 2-4 warehouse and install assistants

n

About you

n

2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably warehouse, production or logistics

n

Experience leading or managing warehouse staff

n

Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

n

Good numerical and data entry skills with an eye for detail

n

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment

n

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

n

Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities

n

Physical fitness to perform manual handling duties
