- Variety of future works as part of our casual shutdown circuit team

The Opportunity

Downer's Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for Special Class Welder's to join us for a shutdown in Port Hedland, WA. The initial work scope includes routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of a variety of equipment types such as dust and diesel systems, chutes & liners, and conveyor rollers. This is an prospect to join our casual ongoing Shutdown Circuit Team, providing access to a pipeline of future shutdowns and maintenance works across remote and regional WA. Successful candidates will be considered for ongoing project opportunities as part of our established workforce.

About You

- Construction Induction / White Card
- Gas Test Atmospheres, Working at Heights, and Enter and Work in Confined Spaces within 5 years
- Fire Certificate within 5 years
- Ability to pass a 3G/4G weld test




- MSIC - Highly desirable
- Prior experience in a FIFO role performing Boilermaker duties
