Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
n
- Manage a varied caseload of clients across the lifespan
n
- Support clients with areas including functional capacity, sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, fine and gross motor development, assistive technology and more
n
- Deliver therapy within the clinic, community and other environments that best support client outcomes
n
- Develop individualised and client-centred therapy plans
n
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health professionals
n
- Participate in regular discipline-specific and multidisciplinary training and development opportunities
n
- Senior clinicians will have the opportunity to provide mentoring and support to graduate and junior therapists
n
n
Key Selection Criteria
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients is highly regarded
n
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
n
