- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Individual and Regular Giving campaigns across acquisition, appeals, supporter engagement, and retention
- Support the ongoing delivery and development of the Regular Giving program
- Assist in developing campaign content and assets across relevant channels
- Support fundraising platforms, digital systems, CRM data processes, and agreed supporter journeys
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting
- Use donor data to identify opportunities for testing and optimisation
- Work with internal marketing and fundraising teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Create high-quality supporter communications that drive engagement and sustainable revenue growth
- Report to the Fundraising Growth Manager and work under the strategic direction of the Individual Giving Specialist
- Deliver Individual and Regular Giving programs across Australia and Current Zealand

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in fundraising, digital fundraising, or individual giving
- Proven track record coordinating multi-channel campaigns from planning through delivery
- Experience growing a subscriber, customer, or donor base within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded
- Familiarity with digital and email fundraising platforms and CRM systems
- Understanding of segmentation, data processes, and automated supporter journeys
- Storytelling ability and ability to turn campaign stories into compelling donor value propositions
- Strong process management, project coordination,



and prioritisation skills
- Ability to use reporting and data insights to support campaign optimisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing demands and work effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers
- Positive, proactive, and creative problem-solving mindset
