NLS is NSW's number-one provider of sports coaches for schools, clubs, OSHC and Councils.

n

We are looking for sports coaches in the Blue Mountains to join our team, we're looking for coaches for Soccer, AFL, Touch, Basketball and many more sports.

n

All of our coaches must have (or be willing to apply for) a current Working with Children check. Coaching experience isn't necessary (although it is preferred) but a positive knowledge and playing experience of the sport is required.

Schedule

n

We have morning (6.30AM - 9AM), in-school time (9AM - 3PM) and after-school (3PM - 5PM) positions available. Both midweek and weekend work are available.

n

We are looking for sports coaches to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Sports coaching / playing experience
n
- PAID Working with Children (WWC) Check
n
- Child Protection Training (Preferred)
n
- First Aid + CPR Training (Preferred)
n

Tasks & Responsibilities

n

n




- Sports Coaching.
n
- Attend and conduct alltraining sessions.
n
- Attend and facilitate all competition games (As Required).
n
- Being Reliable and Organised.
n

n

Additional Skills & Abilities

n

n
- Knowledge of standard coaching practices.
n
- Independently handle multiple sporting priorities.
n
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships & communicate clearly & effectively with students, staff, administrators, and at times parents / guardians.
n
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy, and to maintain confidentiality of information as needed or to protect the rights of individual students.
n
- Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diversecommunity.
