We're a small dental practice in Chatswood, not a corporate roll-up, not a KPI factory. Just a tight team that actually knows its patients' names, their kids' names, and why Mrs. Chen always wants the chair reclined a little less.

We're after a Dental Assistant who wants to be more than an extra pair of hands.

What that looks like day to day:

You’re the person a nervous patient looks at when the dentist is mid‑sentence and you know how to give them a reassuring glance back. You anticipate the next instrument before it's asked for. You notice when someone's had a rough week and adjust how you talk to them accordingly. That’s not a skill we can train from zero, but everything else, we can.

The non‑negotiables:

- At least 6 months in a dental assisting role — enough that the basics are second nature




- Genuinely positive with people — this matters more to us than years on the job
- Coachable. We're not looking for someone who already knows it all; we're looking for someone who wants to get better
