Lead The Team That Keeps Adventure Moving

n

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

n

You'll lead, coach and support your team while driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

n

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider business, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Mission

n

- Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals
n
- Oversee receivals, dispatch, replenishment and stock movements
n




- Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stocktakes
n
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
n
- Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Manage rostering and day-to-day workflow
n
- Support customer collections and store operations
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company procedures
n
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences
n

- You have previous experience leading warehouse or logistics teams
n
- You're a confident leader who motivates and develops others
n
- You thrive in quick-paced environments

- You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

- You lead by example and aren't afraid to get hands-on
n
- You're passionate about safety and operational excellence
n
- You have experience with inventory control and warehouse systems
n
- You hold a current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
