About the Role

n

As a Permanent Educator, you'll support children's learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‐based experiences. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.

n

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships, supporting daily routines, and contributing to a consistent, high‐quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support play‐based learning aligned with the EYLF
n
- Build robust, positive relationships with children and families
n
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
n
- Assist with observations and documentation
n
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
n
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
n
- Warm, caring, and approachable nature
n
- Reliable and team‐focused
n
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
n
- Strong communication skills
n




- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
