Anexcellent career opportunity exists within ourHuman Resources Team, reporting to the Human Resources Manager,for an experiencedfull-timeWork Health and SafetyOfficer. The role involvesworking acrossour entire range of operations;farming, manufacturing, warehousing, salesand dispatch.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Maintain up to date documents, registers and records
n
- Incident and risk management
n
- Support and implement WHS policies
n
- Support Workers Compensation and Return to Work programs
n
- Contractor and visitor management from induction to compliance
n
- Employee engagement at all levels from worker to executive. Support and co-ordinate HSR's
n
- Site visits and compliance
n
- Promote a safe workplace culture.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and preparation of recommendations.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and improvement.




n
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail.
n
- Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
n
- Knowledge of associated WHS legislation, regulations and standards.
n
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation and relevant SIRA training
n
- Experience in the provision of safety reporting including audits, investigations, inspections and the effective close out of corrective actions.
n
- Preferred - Diplomaor higherof Work Health and Safety or related discipline.
n
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical screening and police check.
