About the Opportunity
Opal HealthCare is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Registered Nurses interested in sponsorship opportunities across our regional Care Communities in:

Queensland

What You'll Do

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

Salary: $93,000 - $105,000 per annum plus superannuation and applicable penalty rates

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for sponsorship opportunities, applicants must:

Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Have a minimum of three years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Be willing to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Highly Regarded

Experience working in residential aged care
Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams
