Our Chatswood boutique is looking for a Sales & Service Manager to lead from the floor, inspire a large team and create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the door.

We’re looking for a natural people leader, someone who genuinely loves coaching, developing and bringing out the best in others, while having the commercial drive to deliver outstanding sales results.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a large, high-performing team
- Creating a premium, highly personalised guest experience
- Driving sales performance, accountability and commercial results
- Identifying opportunities and turning them into action
- Building a strong culture of feedback, development and progression




- Partnering closely with the Store Manager to shape the boutique’s strategy
- Supporting succession planning and building future leaders
- Keeping the store energised, elevated and operating at its best

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 3–5+ years’ leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness or another customer-led setting
- Has experience leading large teams and developing emerging leaders
- Is commercially driven and loves working towards ambitious targets
- Is passionate about coaching, feedback and creating high-performing cultures
- Understands what exceptional service looks and feels like
- Thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment
- Brings confidence, energy and genuine connection to their leadership style
