We’re currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented casual Barista All-Rounder to join our incredible team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective’s diverse range of venues.

The Kiosk operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, while the Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Role

- Prepare high-volume coffees to a consistently high standard
- Produce consistent and strong latte art
- Manage the barista station autonomously while working as part of a team




- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests
- Accurately take orders and process payments for food and beverages
- Keep the work area clean, organised and well stocked
- Assist in the Bistro and with onsite functions and events as required
- Complete basic food preparation when required

Essential Requirements

- A minimum of six months’ barista experience
- Solid coffee-making and latte art skills
- Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday or Tuesday, with availability for both days preferred
- Quick, efficient and confident working in a busy environment
- Well presented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
- A current NSW RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to commit to the role for at least six months
