MSK Physiotherapist – Full-Time or Part-Time

human repair shop physiotherapy is looking for a physiotherapist to join our established boutique clinic in Randwick.

You’ll step into strong existing client demand, a loyal local community and established referral relationships—so you won’t need to build a caseload from scratch.

Full-time and part time options are available, with flexibility for the right person.

We are a community-focused physiotherapy and Pilates clinic providing high-quality, relationship-based care throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Our approach combines skilled hands-on treatment, strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based movement rehabilitation.

The role

You will:

- Independently manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload
- Complete thorough assessments and individual treatment plans
- Combine hands-on treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Work collaboratively with our physiotherapy, Pilates and reception team
- Have the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests
- Potentially teach Clinical Pilates classes, depending on your experience

About you

We’re not looking for someone who ticks every possible box. We’re looking for a capable physiotherapist and a genuinely good teammate.





You will need:

- Ideally three or more years’ private-practice physiotherapy experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Australian residency or unrestricted working rights
- The confidence to manage your own caseload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- A professional, reliable and client-centred approach
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and excellent client care

Musculoskeletal private-practice experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, running injuries or Clinical Pilates would be highly regarded. However, if Pilates is an area you would like to develop, we would still love to hear from you.
