The Role:
As a Chef at The Belvedere Hotel, you will:

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative menus.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in food safety and hygiene (preferred).
- A creative flair and passion for food.
