Sunnyfield’s Community Hub in Singleton is seeking dedicated staff to provide person-centred disability support. The role requires availability across the day 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday, with regular and versatile rosters and salary packaging to increase take-home pay.

You will deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, support social activities, build relationships with participants and families, and maintain accurate records and safe practices.
