Job Description

Talent International recruiting for a rapid-growing Australian fintech/payments company in Sydney seeks a Senior Software Engineer to influence technical direction while remaining hands-on. You will shape architecture, review code, and mentor engineers in a high-performing team.

The role is split ~50/50 between delivering production features and driving engineering excellence, collaborating with founders, product and design teams to scale a platform used by leading brands.
