Key Responsibilities:

n

- Manage and coordinate conference and event sales across meetings, conferences, banquets, social events, and weddings.
n
- Handle enquiries, book appointments, support lead generation, and complete follow ups.
n
- Conduct proactive and reactive sales activity to meet C&E; budgets.
n
- Deliver hotel site inspections for clients and partners.
n
- Upsell products and services to maximise revenue.
n
- Maintain accurate data and bookings in iVvy and manage the conference database.
n




- Prepare regular sales reports and communicate room block requirements with Reservations.
n
- Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and maintain strong client relationships.
n
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business.
n
- Track lost business reasons and elevate insights to management.
n
- Support local and national C&E; campaigns and assist with additional sales duties as required.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous experience in a similar Conference & Events or Sales role.
n
- Strong relationship building and business development skills.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
n
- Ability to plan, pitch, and close sales effectively.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
