About the Role

n

As the Team Leader for our Rollforming team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily rollforming production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. You'll be responsible for:

n

Leading & Developing the Rollforming Team: Motivate, supervise, and mentor production staff, assign tasks, and drive team performance.

n

Production Oversight: Coordinate daily rollforming activities to meet targets and deadlines while optimising workflow.

n

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, conduct regular checks, and promote a culture of quality within the team.

n

Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct briefings, and ensure proper use of PPE.

n

Continuous Improvement:



Implement lean manufacturing principles and encourage team-driven process improvements.

n

What You'll Bring

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with rollforming processes

n

Proven leadership experience in a leading hand or supervisory role

n

Strong understanding of rollforming manufacturing processes and quality control

n

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

n

Proficiency with systems and software including MS Office

n
