About You! – The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's ready for an exciting journey!

You’ll bring:

- A minimum Diploma of Children's Services
- At least 2 years' experience in a Centre Director or Assistant CM role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Experience building up enrollments and community engagement
- Great written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community
- Working with Children's check andcurrent first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
