Job Description

A$60,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

You'll work across the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store, guiding customers to find their perfect fit of performance support and ensuring they receive a truly premium experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in the fitting of brace, compression garments or performance support, making tailored recommendations and ensuring they leave feeling comfortable and confident.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ticketing system, providing professional, solutions-focused support.
- Provide expert guidance and ensure every customer receives the exceptional care expected from a world-class brand.
- Work closely with healthcare partners – including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, and Sporting Teams – to ensure their patients receive the right support throughout their recovery and return to a pain-free life.
- Nurture strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, built on trust, exceptional service, and a shared commitment to helping people move freely.
- Be flexible and available to work across both the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store.





About You

- Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Health, Sport Science, or Business – or alternatively, 2+ years of customer service experience in an office or retail workplace.
- Eager to build a long-term career in healthcare or sports performance, with a strong passion for helping people.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and always ready to support the team.
